I was born and raised in Honduras, I moved to New Orleans when I was fifteen and I absolutely love the city.
I have an associate degree in accounting. I am fully bilingual – I speak both English and Spanish. I have always worked in the customer service industry, and that has thought me a great deal of patience and understanding I love helping people in any way I can.
I started working at GAMA back in 2018 and my main interest was the tax preparation part but as I started working as a CSR in the insurance industry, I fell in love with it and decided to get my license. I took a break and now I am back as a licensed agent. I can say that every day is a new learning experience, but I love what I do!
When I am not at work, I spend time with my daughter and my family. I also enjoy traveling and trying new things. I am outgoing, playful, and adventurous.
